Yes, you can combine mushroom dosages and there isn’t a hard limit. Each serving has 1500mg of mushroom extract which is to a ratio of 10:1. In other words, 1 part extract is equivalent to 10 part mushrooms. Listening to advice from our clinical nutritionist, 500mg is a very good amount when taken consistently and more than that is also fine.
